| Well, yesterday was the first day of me working at 545 am to 10 am and then turn around and worked from 130 pm to 10 pm. And turn around and work in the morning from 545 to 10 and tomorrow I gotta do it all over again. I just came from the gym. My knee has been killing me. So i bought a knee brace for it. i hope it works. Going to the gym it doesnt feel like im losing any weight. but like they say its not going to happen over night. so ill give it til the summer and see whats going on if my clothes are a lil loose. but as usual ill keep yall posted. |

I've read that taking a teaspoon of Organic! vinegar..with the mother!! not the wtuff you get at the corner grocery store, I like using grape juice to mix in the vinegar, don't taste it so much. taking it a half hour before you eat, it is supposed to curb some of you hunger, and prevent ...I don't remember...I think fat from forming..or carbohydrates from turning to sugar. Also drink at least 16 oz. bottle of water per day..COLD watr, your system burns calories heating the water...hope this helps a little!
